With its new TV campaign by Serviceplan, Biogaran revolutionises the brand’s voice through a new story.
Based on a principle of complementarity, each film in the campaign provides evidence that the laboratory is committed to patients on a daily basis, and illustrates the Biogaran promise: “Chaque jour, agir pour la santé” (Take action for your health, every day)
With its optimistic tone and colourful imagery, this campaign makes a deliberate break with the codes of health communication. The protagonists are original characters with voluntarily exaggerated personalities, which helps to drive home their message and make it memorable.
Through the campaign, Biogaran underlines its concern for patients and clearly positions itself as a kind companion to Mr. Plumalin who likes to keep life simple, Mr. Doussavien who wants to know where things come from and other characters that will be unveiled as the campaign progresses.
